Luke 14, 29+30: "Lest, after he has laid the foundation,
and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him,
saying, "This man began to build and was not able to
finish."" Many American soldiers went to war in Iraq
to FORGET that existence never has been, and never
can be, sure. The manifestation of "human progress"
in Iraq will be a prolific subject for the hilarity and pity
of future generations. The war in Iraq is about the laws
of an imaginary existence, without concern about the
welfare of the individual man. The American soldiers
have forgotten the fate of him who resolved to build
a greater storehouse to provide an abundance for
many years: he died in a night. Everything they do
to make our existence secure is like the act of the
ostrich, when she hides her head in the sand, and does
not see that her destruction is near.
I did not believe John Kerry and I do not believe
John Edwards, that the future of America lies in those
people, who see no need of any fundamental rule and
just do what they are told to do. The question remains,
can Senator Edward save the masses that have
become martyrs of the world?
